In order to make one tool that could deliver the experience of a full body care system it needed two parts, the tricky bit was figuring out how to make them nest inside for easy storage! Lucky for you we already did the hard part.
The PSolo is shaped to work like a therapist’s hand, and designed to look perfect sitting on a shelf, desk or anywhere….except buried in that box of tools you forget about and never use.
Anywhere and everywhere! PSolo is designed to be ultra portable and usable in nearly any environment and on nearly every body part.
Product Questions:
PSolo’s are currently 3D printed so no two are exactly alike, that’s right you have a one of a kind limited edition…who knows it might become valuable like a rare baseball card…but I recommend taking it out of the box and playing with it. A healed body today is worth more than money tomorrow!
PSolo’s are currently 3d printed so there is a seam where the printer moves to the next layer. These don’t affect the use or strength of the PSolo and aren’t a reason to return it. They are all like this.
Nope and Nope. PSolo’s are 3D printed and sometimes have a blemish or “artifact” from the printing process. As long as it isn’t affecting function it isn’t a problem. That said if our quality control missed something that is affecting your ability to use the product email us at Help@psolo.com and we’ll make it right asap. Please include a photo of the problem and a description of how it’s affecting the use of the PSolo to speed up the process. We’ll also need your order number and current mailing address.
Shipping, Returns, Other:
Generally 3-5 business days to ship. You should get a more accurate timeline when you put your order in with shipping information.
No one’s ever returned one, but hypothetically you would email Returns@PSolo.com. Include your Name order number and address and we’ll take care of the rest by sending you a shipping label.
