Testing and learning your body is the best way to find the right point. The point may shift as you release the muscles and tendons, so its always to try multiple spots as you go along.

The best pressure is one you can relax into.

Testing a few different patterns will quickly reveal which is most helpful for you at the moment.

PSolo is designed to be used with everything in the environment around you, if you want a little less pressure simply drape a towel, blanket or socket over the PSolo. If you want a lot less pressure place a pillow on either side of the PSolo.
